Duties of Technical Assistant Engineer:

• Deliver technical support to customers and contractors, addressing queries and resolving concerns.

Requirements:

B. Main Missions

• Technical Sales Support:Assist sales representatives in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concept evaluations for potential customers.
  Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  Participate in sales activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and customer visits.

C. Profile Request

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Optical Engineering) with a strong technical and business acumen.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in supporting industrial equipment, with a strong preference for experience with CNC and/or laser systems.
• Required Skills:Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
  Proficiency in using IT tools (Windows, MS Office Suite, CRM software, CAD/CAM).
  Fluency in both Chinese and English.
