• Review of M&E system design with a view of future maintenance needs

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Maintenance

• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electrical systems.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records
• Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely
• Support Project Team on some site installations and testing and commissioning matters.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities
The requirement requires an experienced network data analyst. The role will be responsible for execution on our network capacity planning strategy and best practices. Under the direction and leadership of the Network Capacity Planning Product Manager, the primary responsibility of this analyst is to gather information from networking monitoring tools and system logs, analyse the information to make informed decisions regarding the enterprise network’s capacity and performance.

Functional Responsibilities

· Collaborate with demand management, network teams, and business units to understand current and future network requirements for capacity planning aligned with business goals.

· Conduct thorough analysis of network traffic, utilization rates, and performance metrics using predictive analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Incorporate historical data and consider projected growth and scalability requirements.

· Collaborate with network engineers and implementation teams to plan hardware upgrades or enhancements to components of the network infrastructure.

· Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders, including KPIs, utilization metrics, and recommendations for optimizing network capacity.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks related to capacity failures, network congestion, and implement measures to minimize performance degradation and outages.

· Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with project teams to incorporate capacity planning requirements into project plans and timelines.

Qualification and Experience

· 8+ years of strong engineering or operations experience with the components of a large global network infrastructure such as Routers, switches, LAN/SD-WAN, Load Balancer, Wireless, Cloud Networking and etc

· 2 years of specific experience in analytics or able to clearly articulate data driven decision making process

· Familiarity with network monitoring, reporting, and observability tools such as: SevOne, Logic Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, NetBrain and/or Elastic

· Administration experience with monitoring tools in creating policies, fine-tuning parameters and setting proper thresholds will be added advantage

· Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and/or Python

Responsibilities:

• Manage optimum level of operations and maintenance of automation assets and ensure the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) is running with zero downtime.
• Work closely with operation managers to manage customers’ expectations, contract deliverables, and project goals for their logistics solutions.
• Proactively identify, propose, and undertake process improvement projects in improving operations performance and drive cost savings initiatives.
• Responsible and accountable for customer's inventory stored in ASRS system by providing ensuring KPIs are met and generates reports as per request.
• Monitor and manages customer KPI, Inventory movements and activities to ensure just in time delivery.
• Work with vendors to diagnose problems and determine corrective solutions.
• Responsible and accountable for inventory control of critical spares parts, ensuring parts availability through early parts purchase.
• Partner with IT team and storage system vendor to troubleshoot system disruptions ensuring prompt recovery.
• Usage of appropriate subcontractors and ensure clearly defined performance requirements
• Provide specialist expertise on overall maintenance of ASRS, robotics and automation to support business operations

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in supporting Dematic Multi Shuttle and Swisslog Auto Store is a must.
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in maintenance of automation systems for logistics industries.
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in end-to-end project implementation for Robotics and Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read & use Electrical Single Line and Mechanical Drawings is preferred.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD and simulation software is preferred but not essential.
• Experience and strong knowledge in Material handling systems, Equipment and Programs with hands on in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and other systems is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse management system, warehouse control system ( SynQ and Dematic) and warehouse execution system.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a DevOps Engineer, you are accountable for the following:

· Guarantee the technical solution for infrastructure & deployment

o System architecture & PaaS implementation

o Define and develop the means so that products are correctly and continuously integrated and deployed in development, quality assurance, and production environments, respecting established rules.

o Support delivery teams with automated tools and scripts to provision infrastructure resources (compute, network & storage) in a simple and efficient manner.

· Secure the product operability

o Understand the functional context of the product up to the point of challenging functional decisions

o Guarantees that the product underlying architecture is state of the art.

o Ensures that operational best practices (supervision/monitoring, backups, archives, log management) are implemented.
