The Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy of an organization. This position plays a pivotal role in defining, planning, and overseeing the development of products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and align with the company's strategic goals. The Product Director typically reports to the Chief Product Officer or another executive leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) may be preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and improvements, is typically required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the works are carried out according to project specification and construction drawing
• Lead a team of supervisors for work coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace, and to perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
