As a Production Engineer, you are to assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production operation and work out schedules and plans, monitor progress, forecast demand of resources, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring smooth project delivery and optimization of production performance from conception to completion. Duties of Technical Service Engineer:

• Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Life Science Medical Devices

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creating and executing methods and procedures for the inspection, testing, and evaluation of the products and production equipment.
• Responsible for the designing and evaluating processes, mechanisms, and equipment used in inspection and testing.
• Responsible for quality assurance tests and statistical analyses to assess control levels and manage risks related to product quality
• Responsible for root cause analyses of incidents that necessitate corrective actions.
• Ensuring that corrective measures and deviations meet with the standards
• Ensuring that documentation is compliance with the Experienced Professional

Requirements

• Min Diploma in engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in Quality Management
• Certified in API Q1, Q2, ISO and other relevant auditor would be advantages.
