As a Sales Admin Support Officer, depending on your assigned department, some of your additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

In this role you will:

· Manage day-to-day sales operation.

· Effectively carry out daily sales processes: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing & etc.

· Professionally handling of inquiries and provide excellent support to customer.

· Maintaining good relationship with new/existing customers

· Provide administrative support to the sales team.

· Work closely and effectively with the various team to manage pre- and post-sales support services.

· Perform general administrative/co-ordination duties as needed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled IT System Engineer to support and develop our in-house warehouse management system. This role requires close collaboration with the Japan HQ to manage system installations, updates, and request modifications tailored to the needs of the Singapore warehouse. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including PCs, printers, servers, routers, security cameras, and other peripheral equipment.

• Develop and maintain the in-house warehouse management system.
• Communicate with Japan HQ regarding system updates, installations, and modification requests based on the local warehouse requirements.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, routers, security cameras, and related peripherals).
• Ensure network stability and perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues as needed.
