24x7 Network Monitoring and Support:

• Provide continuous monitoring of network systems, responding to incidents and outages as they arise.
• Perform immediate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime, escalating issues to specialized teams if necessary.
• Work on a rotational shift basis, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure constant support availability.

Field Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain DWDM, Metro Ethernet, and Time & Synchronization equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with technical specifications.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Job Summary:

· The Civil Engineer assists the Construction Manager in performing engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of current upcoming Civil projects.

Your Team, Your Impact

As a member of the product engineering team, you will tackle complex challenges and play a crucial role in the transfer of new products. You’ll be responsible for envisioning, building, deploying, and managing one or more of our products for mass production. In this position, you will establish test programs, set up hardware, and conduct testing on some of the most advanced industrial test systems across our facilities in Asia. When issues arise with devices or testing, you will perform failure analysis and debugging (both software and hardware) and collaborate closely with various engineering and development teams to resolve these challenges. In addition to addressing testing issues, you will also lead initiatives aimed at cost reduction and continuous improvement. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring the success of our products in the market.

What You Can Expect

• Setup & transfer new product & technology to test locations in Asia for mass production.
• Support & resolve device testing or program related issues.
• Maintain and enhance product test yield & quality of devices in final test, system level test as well as wafer & bump sort.
• Perform cost reduction activities e.g., product yield improvement, test insertion elimination, test time reduction, multiple test site enhancement & wafer sort implementation.
• Continuous improvement for product quality, test efficiency, production throughput & test hardware improvement
• Provide customer return verification support

What We're Looking For

• B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Basic understanding of product test methodology and implementation
• Knowledge of C, C++ programing language
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and failure debugging skills
• High attention to detail while working under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues
• Short notice travelling is required
• Hands-on knowledge on JMP statistical analysis tool and scripting languages such as Perl and Python are a plus
