• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software or be able to pick up quickly.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred

Responsibilities:

1. QuickBooks Entry ManagementUpdate and maintain accurate entries from QuickBooks into our local inventory and accounting systems.
   Ensure timely reconciliation and organization of financial records.
   
2. Printer & IT Equipment MaintenanceAssist in troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on company printers and IT equipment.
   Support regular maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and improve performance.
   
3. Customer Inquiry SupportManage incoming inquiries from our website and email, providing prompt and professional responses.
   Address customer questions, route requests to appropriate departments, and assist with follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
   
4. Daily Operations AssistanceSupport day-to-day operations by assisting in packing, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment or delivery.

Job Scope:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment according to the plant schedule.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment.
