• 24/7 Monitoring: Monitor the submarine cable network and associated systems 24/7 to detect and promptly respond to any anomalies, outages, or performance degradation.
• Incident Management: Quickly identify and assess network incidents, troubleshoot issues, and follow established procedures to resolve or escalate problems to higher levels of support as necessary.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with a telecommunication service provider or a major transmission equipment vendor
• Prior experience in an NOC environment and/or optical transmission is highly desirable
• Graduate or Diploma in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar qualifications are a plus
