Function Summary

To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and validation service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Installation, commissioning, calibration testing and validation of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
• Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
• Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
• Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.

Requirements

• Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Biomed Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply.
• New or more than 1 year of hands-on related experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Company/ and or Manager.
