· Commissioning, Maintenance, Repair & Troubleshooting of marine electrical & mechanical equipment onboard vessels and in company premisses/workshop (i.e. Burners, Boilers, Scrubbers, EGE, EBG, GCU and supporting systems).

· Ability and willingness to travel on short notice onboard vessels in region, but occasionally also globally.

· Employees must have ready valid travel documentation, passports, visas, seaman book and vaccinations as required to travel.

Required skills:

· Preferred experience with Boiler & Burners systems, Scrubbers, but it is not mandatory.

· Troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic & mechanical systems.

· Basic programming skills of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers).

You will be responsible for the design and development of digital circuit using BiCDMOS process for chip used in automotive, Industrial Battery management system.

You will work within a group of design experts interfacing with layout, overseas design teams to create detailed specifications, innovative designs to meet the technological requirements, achieving sales and ultimately doing our part for empowering electrification of vehicles and enabling Metaverse; contributing to achieve carbon neutrality for our future generations.

• Planning and designing IC block or system architecture based on design requirements

• Inspection of the completed tunnel precast elements
• Keeping of Quality Control (QC) records at all stages of the segmental tunnelling lining production
• Testing and examining the materials used
• Checking on the workmanship of the manufacturer in connection with the tunnel precast elements production

• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks

• Prepare technical product specifications/drawings for the purchasing team to communicate with the supplier and liaise with the supplier whenever technical information is requested
• Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects
• Document and file on 2D and 3D product drawings & renderings

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• General Scope:

o Provide on-site technical support for PCs (software and hardware), voice equipment & mobile device (Smartphone and Tablet)

o Physically set up computers and software system installation

o Perform basic hardware moves and changes

o Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system

o Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer

o Develop and update new and existing process

o Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays

o Provide other IT-related support as required by the business

o Documentation of products support and processes

o Update and manage inventory on new incoming hardware orders

o Communicate with vendors for incoming hardware orders and repairs

• Project Focus:

o Resource will need to assist users to migrate BYOD (Bring your own device) to CP (Corporate phone) where device platform includes iOS and Android

o Support includes but not limited to, assist user to setup new phone, troubleshooting during migration, get user sign off to show work completion, inventory tracking and reporting

Qualifications

LANGUAGE

• English: Advanced level - strong verbal, written, listening communication experience

EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years of IT support experience

• Solid understanding of PC hardware/peripherals

• Exposure of mobile OS such as Apple iOS and Google Android

• Good working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, Microsoft Office suite

• Basic understanding of network and server-side infrastructure

• Experience in delivering superior customer service experience

SKILLS

• Ability to make sound decisions following approved procedures in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks occurring simultaneously

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Working Hours Coverage

COVERAGE HOURS

· Monday to Friday

· 9:00 – 18:00

· 8 working hour per shift defined by team manager within coverage hour above

What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting product solutions within the extensive range of Displays and Client Peripherals products. Working closely with cross-functional team members, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the assigned product line that is critical to providing great user experience on our Client Peripherals products . From design to delivery.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end cross-functional, worldwide core team(s) for the Client Peripherals Line of Business (LOB), kicks off programs, establishes schedules and drives meetings. Cross Functional Team members can include Services, Engineering, Quality, Product Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Global Operations, Finance, etc.

• Lead the core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, and Customer Specific Needs); Establish clear objectives and deliverables on programs that support the business strategy for the LOB; Proactively respond to risks and challenges through effective contingency planning and appropriate escalations; Track progress, reports status and drives necessary changes to achieve program objectives; Establish strong working relationships and influences/persuades at the Manager, Director, General Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President levels.

• Communicate clearly, accurately and concisely with required depth, and facilitate effective decision making at core team to leadership business review forums

• Prepare core product design team and extended teams for internal and external ISO Audits to maintain ISO Corporate Compliance.

• Participate in non-product or solution cross-LOB initiatives, examples include Process Improvement projects, Digitalization Tools implementation and Resource sizing/planning.

Job Description & Requirements

• To study and familiarise with the whole development’s organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements
• To carry out site supervision and inspection cords of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of workof the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the installation works are constructed in compliance with the design intent, specification, working/approved drawings and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
• To ensure timely submissions and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• To monitor project progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
• To maintain proper site records and updated daily res, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• To check that the contractor executes preliminaries items.
• To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
• To verify reports and monitor the progress of work on site, verify the contractors’ progress report and present the report to the DM (Development Manager) in such format that the progress payment claim by the contractor can be easily evaluated.
• To monitor all variations works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
• To attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants’ meetings.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• To inspect completed works and ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
• To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.
• To compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificates submitted by the contractors and pass them to the DM as required for the project records and the clients’ hand-over package.
• To compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• To witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
• Project duration approx. 26 month

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a recognised Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/ Building
• Preferably Registered resident technical officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO on local project,.
• A good team player and experience in assisting the consultant team / Resident Engineer in supervision.

• Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s

expectations.

• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet

targets

• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available

• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

• Attend technical meeting with authorities and consultants

• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times

Responsibilities:

· Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads

· Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction

· Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target

· Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support

· Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele

· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants

· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs

· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations

· Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering

· 3-5 years of relevant working experience

· Lighting experience is not necessary but would be an asset with experience in lighting control

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills

MUST HAVE:

• Major in Chemical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Internship and/or relevant experiences in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Plants.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
