Overall responsible for managing AWS cloud (70%) and On-perm (30%) infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Overall responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating all work related to cloud operations and project.
Be a Single Point of Contact for client on Operation matters.
Participate in the regular meeting with customer to update operation status.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and client IT teams as needed.
Monitoring for security threats and responding to security incidents.
Monitoring cloud and on-perm resource availability, performance, and troubleshooting of issues when required.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues that impact cloud/on-perm services, including cloud-native network services and cloud-native security services.
Work closely with cloud engineers, system engineers, database engineers and client IT staff to monitor and troubleshoot systems.
Automating operation tasks to improve productivity through using tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with developers and other teams to maintain the cloud services that meet client operation requirements.
Perform provisioning and configuring of cloud and on-perm resources such as creating and managing virtual machines, storage, and networking resources.
Deploy, manage, and monitor middleware and applications deployment: This includes deploying of OS patches, applications deployment, and their updates to the cloud.
Continuous monitoring and performance of resource scaling when demanded.
Deploy automation to monitoring and scaling cloud resources.
Securing the cloud environment through adherence to security policies and procedures.
Perform troubleshooting and resolving cloud and on-perm issues.
Supporting cloud users. This includes providing support to users of the cloud environment and applications.

Required Certificates
AWS Certified Professional Certificate, minimum 2 years working experience in AWS environment and 6 years working experience in IT field.

If the candidate is AWS Certified Associate Certificate, minimum 8 years working experience in IT field and 4 years working experience in AWS environment.
