Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the upkeep of equipment and workspace for efficient operation.
• Provide logistical support for school events, including furniture and equipment arrangement.
• Conduct gate duties and traffic control to ensure the safety of students.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.

Requirements
