4. Compliance: Ensuring that the dormitory complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
5. Inventory Management: Keeping track of supplies and equipment, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
6. Resident Support: Assisting residents with their needs and addressing any complaints or concerns they may have.
7. Maintenance: Conducting regular checks on the dormitory facilities to ensure they are in good condition and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
8. Data Management: Key liaison with the Marketing Team on all residents’ data, room allocation for new residents and ensuring prompt update on the residents’ data on check-ins, check-outs, replacements and transfers.
9. Data Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of residents’ data to relevant stakeholders and the Management.
10. Accounts Payable: Handling accounts payable functions and managing invoices. Facilitate billing to clients on resident-related matters such as infringements, additional appliances and maintenance in rooms.
11. Health and Safety: Implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols to ensure a safe living environment for residents.
12. Training and Development: Participating in training programmes to develop management skills and knowledge of dormitory operations.
13. Event Management: Assisting the organisation and facilitation of social and educational events to encourage resident engagement.
14. Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or minimum Diploma
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational skills and meticulous
• Good communication skill
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
