We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the project manager with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, planning, and work implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to guarantee that the work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, contract specifications, project specifications, timeliness, safety, and work quality standards.
• Advice corrective action when it is required.
• Oversee and communicate the project's progress and specifications with clients, consultants, authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Identifies project requirements by examining performance criteria and client expectations.
• Oversees the project plan by examining the requirements and schedule, suggesting modifications, and proposing action.
• Assists in achieving team objectives by doing relevant tasks when required.
• ​Coordinate project plans, schedules, and other details with clients.
• Prepare all required documents and reports (such as method statements, risk assessments, proposal objectives, progress reports, monthly reports, etc.) for submission.
• Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress claims promptly.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

• Minimum degree in engineering or relevant studies; preferably in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or BOA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Candidate with experience in underground utilities especially water pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Be responsible to grow and nurture partner networks and to accelerate sales through partner channels.
• Be the primary business contact for partners and clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Service existing accounts. Identify, recruit, and develop new partners. Work closely with internal teams.
• · Manage internal technical/solution consultants, customer service representative and external vendor resource to support sales/account expansion efforts.
• Provide support to partner through training, visits, demo, product information, or tender bill of materials (BOM) and quotes.
• Provide periodic sales forecast & business progress report.
• Develop & maintain a strong knowledge of product, competitors, and market landscape.
• Partner with the sales team to generate leads.
• Find and maintain prospective clients.
• Clearly present & articulate product/service features and benefits to existing and new clients via meeting, training, workshop, and webinar.
• Provide general technical support to clients.
• Coordinate with vendor team and provide the resolution to client's inquiries & problems.
• Identify client needs and support with product demo & recommendations.

Requirements

• Tertiary education, preferably a diploma or above in Infocomm Technology, Network Engineering, or any other related field.

We are subcontractor mainly dealing with Maincon in project works, specialising in dry works in interior finishes.

Roles & Responsibilities

A quantity surveyor may work for either the client, the contractor or sub-con, working in an office or on site. They are involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.

When the project is in progress, quantity surveyors keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.

Aside from Quantity Surveyor, he or she will also act as project engineer wherein will take charge of the supervising the project, adhere to construction procedures, coordinate all work schedule with the main con and liase with project manager and archi coordinator.

He or She should monitor and ensure that the work progress is within project schedules and manage the project independently as well as lead and motivate team.

• Estimation of quantities, preparing BOQ, BBS as per drawing.

• Coordinating with Design & Construction team.

• Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing details to ground, Checking all centering and reinforcement works.

• Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.

• Ensuring timely resource availability.

• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and alteration done by customer in project work.

• Evaluating completed work and arranging payments.

• Ensure quality of structure, works as per drawing and specifications & ensure no rework.

• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.

• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and submitting it to the Management

REQUIREMENTS :

- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

- Knowledge of Autocad will be preferred.
