• Manage regular reports from vessels assigned to him/her and file them in a structured manner.

Requirements:

• Min 4-6 years of experience in similar capacity on container vessels (a mix of containers and tankers will be considered).
• Recognised marine engineering or naval architecture qualification either at sea or educational establishment
• Good understanding of shore-based activities and implications surrounding the role
• Able to administer technical and budgetary requirements
• Competent using Microsoft office and other computer software
• Prior experience as chief or second engineer with sailing experience preferably on container vessels. Otherwise, sailing experience on cargo ships (container/bulk carrier/tanker) is required.
