Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Technical Manager APAC, your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Providing technical advice to management on fleet condition and any issues affecting vessel availability.
• Assisting with maintenance and repairs using computer-based planned maintenance and procurement systems.
• Supporting the preparation of dry-docking specifications, maintenance budgets, and expenditure monitoring.

• Management of all site engineers on using machine at work for coordination matters

• Fluent in drainage systems, design and installation of drainage systems to manage stormwater and prevent flooding

•Prepare based on construction plans and arrangements, implementing bored piles progress, strictly control the construction nodes and quality. Carry backup plan if unqualified

• Supervising work for the safety and the efficiency of production on technical progress at site

• Able to advice and propose based on extra knowledge - Hydrology and Hydraulics, Material Science, Land and Soil Analysis, Geotechnical Research, Underwater construction, Earthwork survey

• Be responsible for the design and technical support of all hardware, software, instrumentation and controls elements as part of an integrated system.
• Identify, create and support project documentation including, but not limited to HMI, PLC programing, power distribution, control/signal wiring, wireless technology, cabinet/panel design, BOM and layout drawings to corporate standards.

Ø Prepare, check, and issue instrument schedule and list, including document index, instrument index, I/O list, cable schedule, interconnection wiring drawings, termination drawings, junction box schedule, instrument hookup drawings, and material take off.
• Check and issue block diagrams, control/rack room layout, cable route, instrument location plan, DCS, SIS, BMS systems loop drawings, instrument hook-up details, and instrument sizing and calculation.
• Prepare and issue instrument data sheets for control valves, on-off valves, PCVs, MOVs, PSVs, and other field instruments. Ø Guide designers to prepare drawings.
• Coordinate requirements with other disciplines.

Skills & Experiences required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in system controls, instrumentation and wiring.
• Wastewater, Chemical Processing and/or Oil & Gas systems experience is preferred.
• Experience designing PLC & control panels, PLC and HMI programming is preferred.

Must possess in depth knowledge of Automation programmable controller hardware, automation software and AC Drives

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad

1. Full Stack Development:

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full stack development and DevOps practices.

· Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.JS and backend frameworks like Node.js, FastAPI and Flask.

· Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Experience working with ROS2 and integrating robotic systems.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1) Execute pre-test preparation tasks, including:

• Interpret DWO, its sample descriptions, its reference codes, the standard test methods requested, deviations from standard test method (if any) and acceptance criteria;
• Prepare draft reports / raw data sheets to Technicians;
• Cascade the instructions to the Technicians via draft reports / written instructions / Technique Sheets

2) Engage customers to build & maintain good relationships with customers, including:

• Understand customers' testing objectives;
• Advise customers if the acceptance criteria are reasonable;
• Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their processes.

3) Familarise and understand the tools used for the maintenance of quality in the laboratory:

• Participate in the preventive maintenance of departmental test equipment;
• Participate in the periodic monitoring and standardization/verification of departmental test equipment;
• Participate in the calibration of departmental test equipment.

4) Under heavy load, assist with the execution of tests, including:

• Carry out tests according to the written procedures;
• Provide adequate housekeeping while carrying out tests;
• Record raw data into worksheets / draft reports;
• Transcribe test results to official test reports;
• Recognise & escalate potential invalid test results;
• Assess & recommend test validity to the senior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related Science Field
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing and QA/QC industries would be an advantage, i.e. industrial attachment, previous job
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 is an added advantage but not compulsory
• Able to multi-task and highly proficient at work.
