Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System)

· Carry out troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time

· Support client with system operation and recommendation for improvement

· Data analyzing and determination of the system operation status

· Response client’s request and attend the issue in short notice

· Supervise subcontractor to carry out the work safely

· Provide the assistance to colleague and mentoring actively

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards

· Prepare and submit quotations, including material, labor, and scope of works

· Perform replacement/repair, fit out works/A&A for existing BMS site

· Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule

· Perform calibration and verification of BMS sensors annually

· Provide sales support BMS service and site survey

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree from a recognized technical institute

· Hands on experience in BMS Control System

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and present DFM (Design for manufacturing)

Construct the Tool design assembly layout

Prepare and issue 2D detail insert & mould base drawing with appropriate tolerance for manufacturing

Tool design must be manufacturability and can estimate cycle time base on as design

Tool design concept able to run production efficiently with lowest cycle time

Tool design capable to run auto cycle

Assist in Customer Engineering Change

Continual improvement on the tool concept

Conduct tool design review to present his / her design concept

Endorse and release tooling drawing to tool room for mould manufacturing

Raise Purchase requisition for the tooling related direct and indirect purchase

Any other duties and responsibilities delegated by superior

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project activities, including coordination, scheduling, planning, and implementation of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with approved designs, contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when deviations from the project scope, schedule, or quality occur.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of project progress, specifications, and any challenges.
• Review project proposals and plans to align project objectives with management expectations, ensuring performance criteria and client needs are clearly understood and incorporated.
• Oversee project timelines and milestones, proposing adjustments and modifications to the schedule as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the achievement of team goals by actively contributing to relevant tasks and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, monthly reports, and other key project documents.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Those with experience in underground utilities especially cable pipes will be advantageous

RESPONSIBILITY

• Assume a technical expertise in assessing sites, conducting detailed drawings, and estimating Solar project capacity and costs.
• Formulate comprehensive design specifications and functional requirements for the region, ensuring alignment with project needs.
• Complete system designs for projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of balance of system location and interconnection details.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of factors influencing system performance.
• Partner with the O&M Team to evaluate system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform software simulations of solar photovoltaic (PV) system performance & energy production
• Execute design calculations, encompassing voltage drop analysis, fault current assessments, and system optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with EPC contract specifications and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and optimizing project outcomes including on-site engineering support.
• Collaborate closely with contractors to review and approve engineering drawing submissions, maintaining rigorous quality control standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Solar PV system design / engineering.

The position holder reports to Sales Manager/Senior Manager and must carry out the assigned duties and responsibilities and be able to work closely with other departments and other functional managers within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in engineering, business, or marketing.

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• Two to three years of industry sales experience and meeting sales goals.
