• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years' experience in maintenance of plant equipment especially rotating machinery, preferably in oil/petrochemical or related industries

Responsibilties:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard pertaining to the project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents & weekly updated drawing register from document controller and distributes to project QA personnel
• Administers the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Oversees the daily assigned project mechanical and HVAC related construction works and review the daily inspection
• Oversees the assigned inspectors work performance and make sure the completions of tasks are as per the project plans and schedules
• Deploys QA inspectors for project inspection activities
• Liaises with Owner and class pertaining to quality related issues and technical and technical calibrations and queries
• Handles and resolves quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue Improvement note, where necessary
• Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• API 570. CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
• At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Summary

The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This role provides IT support over the phone and in person to non-technical end-users and performs basic device support independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues, serving as an escalation point for junior IT staff.

• Update assigned tickets with the latest status and continuously communicate with necessary parties, including providing follow-up to the user on the status of the problem until resolution.
• Escalate incidents and service requests to next level support if the issue cannot be resolved.
• Work on incident response and resolution targets in an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) environment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Required: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support, with a focus on enterprise environments.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out after sales field service jobs including testing & commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and overhaul of Ingersoll Rand’s air compressor at our installed bases. He/she will require technical knowledge of compressed air systems, customer orientation and strong ownership mindset to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, diagnose, maintenance and rectification on compressed air system at various commercial and industrial establishments.
• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air system.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer’s compressed air system.
• General service report writing for internal and external customers.
• Document and prepare field service quality reports. If there are quality problems, it is necessary to feedback specific product defects to the production department and assist customers to take corrective measures.
• Provide technical support for the Industrial Technologies & Services (ITS) products, including but not limited to Compressed Air System, Air Dryers System, Air Audit and IIOT system.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with strong field service experience in compressed air systems and PLC panel programming or related.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Job Summary

The Channel Sales Engineer / Manager will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for developing the channel sales strategy, partnering existing distributors, developing new channels to provide compressed air solutions and grow our channel sales revenue.

He/she will act as an interface between Ingersoll Rand and our distributors in Singapore to drive strategic alignment and resolve outstanding challenges relating to sales, service, and operations.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute channel sales strategies for Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technology & Services (ITS) compressed air solutions in Singapore.
• Identify and develop new channel partners.
• Perform business analysis (e.g., SWOT) through collection of information from competition, distributors, customer buying behaviour, potential market volume, current market share and customer’s feedback.
• Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities and industries by building and maintaining close relationships with distributors & customers to solicit for orders.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance (incl. demonstration & technical presentations), product training and after-sales support to distributors and end-users.
