Job Overview

We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead focusing on core banking applications. This role requires over 10 years of experience in banking technology, specifically managing application development, enhancements, and regulatory compliance projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to manage the full SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The role emphasizes project delivery and ensures banking applications are updated, secure, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of large-scale banking application projects, ensuring the seamless execution of upgrades, new functionalities, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Collaborate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from user stories to implementation and support.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to banking application projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly and openly with stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams to align project objectives and manage expectations.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Manage external vendors and resource allocation to meet project timelines and quality standards within budget constraints.
• Agile & Waterfall Project Management: Lead teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring proper tracking of requirements, technical documentation, and progress.
• Testing & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to banking regulatory standards, with thorough testing and validation to meet security and quality benchmarks.
• Production Support & Incident Management: Provide leadership during high-severity incidents and collaborate with production support teams to ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
• Project Reporting: Deliver regular updates to senior stakeholders, providing insights into project progress, risks, and resource utilization.

• Banking Applications Expertise: Deep understanding of core banking application development and maintenance, including compliance with financial services regulations.
• Agile & Waterfall Project Management: Expertise in managing projects using both Agile (JIRA, Confluence) and Waterfall SDLC methodologies within the banking industry.
• CI/CD & Incident Management: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube, combined with skills in incident management using ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
• Vendor & Resource Coordination: Proven ability to manage external vendors and allocate resources effectively to support application development and upgrades.
• Regulatory Compliance & Security: Extensive experience ensuring that banking applications comply with industry regulations, including security and audit requirements.
• Technical Development & Testing: Strong background in requirement gathering, application development, support, bug tracking, and regression testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in banking technology project management, with a focus on core banking applications.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile project management, with at least two recent banking application projects.
• Knowledge of Kafka, API development, and MariaDB is advantageous.
• Scrum Certified Professional (SCP) certification is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and tests to inform the design and construction of marine vehicles and equipment.
• Preparing technical reports such as research, systems diagnostics, and design analysis documentation.
• Presenting layout and engineering designs to clients and team members for analysis and feedback.
• Supervising all aspects of the design process for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Overseeing the construction of marine vessels and equipment to ensure their quality and integrity.

• Sound knowledge of maritime software such as HMI and PLC control systems.
• Experience with a variety of engineering processes including mechanical, electrical, and software.

General Summary:

Position is reporting to Maintenance Manager and responsible for completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and/or maintain all equipment in good operating condition as quickly and accurately as possible; while keeping associated costs to a minimum and meet plant’s goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes projects (CAPEX and Cost Opportunity Improvement) with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to design and installations.
• Manage technician, inhouse contractor and external contractor.
• Leading yearly LSS Cost improvement project and sustainability project.
• Troubleshoots mechanical devices in operation. Dismantles and examines devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Troubleshoots and repairs input/output devices using PLC systems.
• Troubleshoots, completes, designs, upgrades and installs electrical equipment, circuits and systems.
• Troubleshoots, repairs/replace electrical components at the component level.
• Sets up and operates shop machinery such as lathe, drill press, grinders, band saws, cutting torch, welder. etc. Uses hand tools and pneumatic tools to modify or repair parts and equipment.

• Operates and manage the cooling water and waste water system in compliance with NEA regulations.

• Assists in organizing and maintaining an accurate inventory of parts.
• Performs and documents work orders and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.

As a ManufacturingEngineer, you will:

Work hand-in-hand with Product Engineer, the Test Engineer is responsible for providing technical and engineering supports for sustaining product manufacturing as well as supporting NPI, in meeting products’ specification, customer requirements and organization goals and objectives.

1. Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.

2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.

4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).

6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.

7. Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.
