Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Designing, Documenting and Developing Optimized Hardware.
• Testing, bug fixing, improving hardware performance, create schematic PCB Library using PCB Layout and Schematic Capture skills.
• Developing of Robotics and Sensor modules
• Assisting on product issues, product production and product in-service.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Min 6 years of experience in Hardware Design, Validation, & Optimization.
• Proven Experience in High-Speed Digital board design with experience in interfacing bus standards (DDR3/4/ LVDS/MIPI/PCIe etc.)
• Analog Circuit design & Simulation.
• Experience in developing complex CPU and microcontroller-based systems.

Position Description (Summary):

The Stamping Process Engineer is a key contributor responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of stamping processes in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring efficient and high-quality metal forming and stamping operations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize stamping processes to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality.
2. Conduct process analysis to identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements.
3. Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain stamping quality standards, including in-process inspections.
4. Address and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Maintain & update all documentation pertaining to process, quality, and system to meet approved regulatory requirement-ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 & ISO13485.
6. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance stamping efficiency.
7. Analyze production data and recommend process enhancements for cycle time reduction and increased output.
8. Ensure that stamping processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
9. Address safety concerns promptly and promote a culture of safety awareness.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of stamping processes, tooling specifications, and process improvements.
11. Prepare reports on process optimizations, project status, and performance metrics.
12. Provide training and support to production staff and junior engineers.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tool and die makers, maintenance personnel, and quality control teams.
14. Ensure Production Process Spec is Accurate & trigger control plan to update if any change.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

Other Technical/Professional Qualifications:

Internal Auditor for IATF16949, ISO9001, related Quality management systems

Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Stamping

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies (such as Lean and Six Sigma), and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).

Knowledge Required:

Strong knowledge of stamping processes, die design, tooling, and material selection.

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process optimization.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in manufacturing equipment and technology evaluation and implementation.

Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to product quality and process efficiency.
