Routine tasks

A. Ismart Factory

1) Identify and develop plans for iSMART Factory to achieve digitization of key processes in the manufacturing operations.

2) Co-ordinate all resources from various departments to effectively implement Ismart factory initiatives.

B. Technical Support

3) Provide training to Production staff like Engineers. Supervisors, technicians, operators where necessary to ensure proper handover of Projects for mass production.

Job Description

• Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.
• Issue trouble tickets and track the fault resolution to ensure that any fault raised is responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA.
• Coordinate with telco partners to develop, implement and maintain processes/procedures for daily operations, system configuration and maintenance activities.

• For 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP), to be the interface with IMDA to update on changes to network configurations, software versions and procedures.
