Currently, we are looking for Application Support Analyst which would be based in Singapore

Responsibilities and requirements

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
• Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Shell Scripting)
• trong knowledge in SQL for database management and querying
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog)
• Experience in IT infrastructure and workflow automation
• Good troubleshooting skill
• Good written, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Keen and open to learn new technologies
• Must have experience in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Cloud resource management

Job Scope:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules
• Support in risk management and problem-solving during project execution
• Assist in procurement of materials and services needed for the project
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Assist the project manager in managing the project team and resources
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables
• Ensure smooth communication across various departments involved in the project

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction
• Strong time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus

This position supports the travel agency’s operations by resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors, analyzing data, managing social media tools, and exploring new technologies to enhance business efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or system issues, including after office hours if needed.
• Assist staff with IT problems and provide basic training on system usage.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system updates and issue resolution.
• Analyze data to generate reports on system performance and trends.
• Manage and monitor the agency’s social media tools and platforms.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Maintain IT equipment, user access, and software licenses.
• Ensure regular data backups and system security.
• To carry out any other job function given by manager / management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of IT support experience (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
• Interest in exploring and implementing new technology.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
