Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  4/5+ years of experience working in the capacity of a Devops admin role, build/release/systems engineer, or any other software development related job
• Expert knowledge as admin or user on at least 5 of the following tools GitHub, GH Actions, CodeFresh ArgoCD, Terraform Env0, Artifactory, ECR, DTR, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Nexus IQ, Jira and Jira Align.
• Good working knowledge in the use of software build tools, e.g. maven, npm or Gradle, docker
• Prefer to have AWS / GCP / Azure certified
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS /GCP
• Good knowledge in writing pipelines for CI/CD and catalog management
• Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
• Excellent knowledge using tools such as Splunk, Graffana, Prometheus, Cloud watch and other monitoring tools.
• Experience in using Python/Shell Scripting/PowerShell/Groovy, or any scripting language.
• Experience with Java, Golang, or .net programming languages is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical, engineering matters.
• To lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.

• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate with Professional Engineer and finalise technical drawings for assigned projects given by the Facilities Manager
• Ensure, administer and comply with safety & health procedures at the project site at all times
• Schedule work progress from commencement to final commissioning
• Co-ordinate work schedule with sub-contractors to ensure that projects are executed effectively within the scheduled timelines
• Ensure that all plant facilities are properly set up, in accordance to the design plan, before handing the site over to the Operations team
• Carry out testing and commissioning of the newly erected batching plant site before handing the plant over to the Operations team.
• Regularly update progress status and matters of concern to the Assistant Facilities Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience working in engineering
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts and experience designing mechanical systems and products
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude under tight schedules
• Estate management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations
• Possess a Class 3 driving license
