Scope of Services:

• Perform asset management for infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide computer support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported software and hardware.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Conduct training, coaching, and orientation for users on how to use computing devices.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and ensure user satisfaction.
• Handle helpdesk duties as needed.
• Assist the Team Leader with Windows Server patching and report extraction duties.

Requirements:

• Recognized Nitec/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role.
• Technical skills and experience supporting computing devices (Windows, iOS, and Android platforms).

The Senior Engineer is responsible for overseeing and executing projects within our EPC company, specializing in controlled environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, project management methodologies, and the ability to provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
