• Monitoring and updating ship’s technical Plan Maintenance System (PMS).
• Any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Provide support requirements at customer’s site, including installation, repair, servicing, liaising, and maintenance of solutions in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and service operation are achieved.

• Conduct installations based on customer’s requirements and company specifications, from site inspections through to final sign-off and acceptance.

• Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions, ensuring that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly on-site or through remote diagnostic procedures at customer’s sites.

• Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests for allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage and maintain daily operations of IT services, including the installation, configuration, and set-up of all new computer equipment.

• Establish and maintain office network accessibility and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/IT.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical service role.

• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve account service issues.

• Possess IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware, and network environments.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Independent and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Director to manage the Company’s In-House Technicians and Service Partners
• To troubleshoot and resolve matters relating to product quality and service by providing technical advice and/or performing service jobs
• Assist to prepare & analyse monthly reports on concerns related to feedback received from customers on Company’s products
• To understand and resolve product quality issues with our partners or suppliers
• Engagement with Statutory Authorities on Standards, policy and product matters
• To propose and implement process change to improve the overall productivity of the department
• Other duties as assigned by the Technical Director

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Must possess 5 years and above technical experience
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulations for home appliances in Singapore
• Must be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills
• Possess strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Working within the Embedded SRE organisation, the Application Support Analyst will be handling the day-to-day operations including handle, triage and escalate on alarms and issues that may arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support and response, and be on standby up to 12h a day during the week of standby.
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues, ensuring that issues are resolved.
• Review and improve our alarms and alarm response.

Requirements

As a IT Manager | Desktop Support, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

Performed Desktop Support services to users
