[What you will be working on]

To align with the Digital Government Blueprint’s vision of “Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart”, LTA is embarking on a digital transformation journey by harnessing new technologies to drive broader efforts to revamp the digital platform, develop and integrate enterprise-wide IT systems. We envision to leverage cloud services such as government commercial cloud infrastructure for enhanced business agility and build stakeholder-centric services that cater to businesses’ needs.

LTA is looking for Technical Project Manager to lead in the planning, designing, integration, implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

You will be involved in:
• Undertaking project conceptualisation, solutioning and system architecting
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strategise procurement approach and seek project funding
• Developing applications leveraging cloud technologies by adopting Agile DevSecOps
• Managing project procurement which includes tender specifications preparation & evaluation, implementation and quality assurance
• Managing vendors and IT maintenance contracts and ensure that the vendors meet contractual obligations, leading to successful project delivery
• Managing IT system Operations and Maintenance works including audits, risk assessments
• Exploring and evaluating new and emerging technologies and solutions to push capabilities forward and future proof the systems

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or any relevant qualification with at least 8 years’ IT experience in project management of enterprise-wide projects
• Able to lead a team and bridge communication in a multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor environment
• Experience in operations and maintenance of large and complex systems, application and infrastructure management, service level management and application security
• Experience in software development lifecycle, IT project management and service management
• Able to initiate program and manage complex system integration
• Possess sound business judgment and broad technical breadth and depth including working knowledge of the cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), web frontend / backend development frameworks like React/NodeJS, SpringBoot, Java/Python, native cloud services, IT security and end-to-end application infrastructure

Optional Requirements:
• Knowledge of container management platforms such as EKS, ROSA is an advantage
• Knowledge of DevSecOps Platforms and tools such as GitLab is an advantage
• Knowledge and implementation experience of the Government Instruction Manual for IT Management (IM8) and WOG baseline standards is an advantage

JOB OVERVIEW

· Assist in resolving technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a proactive and determined Technical Project Manager to lead application software project teams to design, develop and deliver high-impact solutions for the public sector.

Requirements

• Project management certification would be an advantage;
• Track record in leading, managing and delivering technology projects;
• Technical proficiency in full-stack technologies including JavaScript, .NET, SQL;
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines;
• Strong project and resource management skills;
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Role: Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Investigate production issues, respond based on production defect severity SLAs

· Manage and respond to users on timely manner.

· Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries

· Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident closure KPI

· Make sure system availability as per respective agreed SLA

· Ensure daily start of day(SOD) and end of day(EOD) execution for supported applications complete successfully

· Provide support for annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for supported applications

· Provide support to System Engineers on server level patches / upgrade as and when applicable

· Knowledge with 3rd party monitoring tools like Control-M, Geneos, Splunk, SQL Monitor

· Knowledge with Market Data, and Geneos monitoring setup and dashboard configuration

· Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release

· Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail

· Proven ability to work and resolve production incidents under strict time constraints and provide workarounds using AS400/mainframe or unix shell or DB scripts etc

· Strong skills in AS400, Linux/Unix Shell scripting, MS SQL, Oracle, BMC Control-M Scheduler

Good to have understanding and experience of ITIL methodology [service operation].

Key Requirements:

• Prior hand-on production support experience of OPEN Systems/AS4000
• Good support knowledge in either one of the retail or wholesale payment or customer information systems
• Willing to work in onsite shift-support model [24*7]
• Hands-on experience in writing AS400 and SQL queries and parsing logs for issue investigation
• Hands-on experience in writing shell scripts (UNIX) and optimize incidents investigation
• Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user
• Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment
• 2 or more years’ production support experience in bank or financial vendors across multiple technologies / platform
• Be able to work in fast pace and high-pressure working environment Willingness to work across platforms – UNIX / open, AS/400 and mainframe
