Job description

• Provide remote/onsite technical support and services for related software.
• Apply Problem Determination/Problem Source Identification (PD/PSI) techniques in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems for clients/services teams.
• Collaborating with other worldwide support/development teams and organizations to ensure a timely, accurate and seamless solution.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

• Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Job Description

• Perform water and lavatory servicing to all types of aircraft.
• Provide and operate full ground support equipment such as ground power units, air-start, air conditioning units and Brake Cooling Unit.
• Operate Conventionally and Towbarless Airtug for Pushback and Towing on all types of aircraft.
• Performs Equipment preventative and routine inspection.
• Carry out other duties associated with aircraft water/lavatory systems and full ground support equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in aviation or related industries
• Possession of LTA Class 3 driving license is required
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift work arrangement

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of product selection, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and liaise with logistics and shipping departments to organize the dispatch and delivery of orders, optimizing for cost and efficiency.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Generate and maintain detailed records of orders, invoices and any customer communication for audit purposes and customer service follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve pricing discrepancies, credit issues, or payment delays that may impact order processing.
• Utilize order management software and systems to streamline operations and provide real-time order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic analysis of order management processes to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Process and manage weekly billing and month end closing, to ensure actual and planned/estimated sales revenue alignment
• Manages return material registry to account for returned volumes, sites and credit notes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of working experience
• SAP knowledge (MM/ZD Modules) would be a plus
