Overview

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive support.
• Manage level 2 advanced support help desk
• Possess a deep understanding of our enterprise software solutions and stay updated on new features and updates.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their technical needs and challenges.
• Provide training and support to clients
• Serve as a troubleshooter for technical issues, coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve client challenges promptly.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact the client's operations
• Lead customer weekly calls and provide update on open issues and next steps
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects and milestones.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverable
• Proven track record of successfully engaging with high-profile customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working in a demanding customer environment, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager in the enterprise software industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Provide onsite technical support for end user services, including troubleshooting, problem identification, rectification, and escalation.
• Offer support for hardware components such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and scanners.
• Perform installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications found on Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software include Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc. Install Apple iPad software.
• Assist with queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and MAC (move, add, and change) activities.
• Perform printer maintenance.
• Tackle and resolve complex calls or tasks that other engineers were unable to resolve.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Good to have Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma.
• Hardware Skill – Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner
• Good in Installation, Setup and configuration
• Windows OS (preferable Windows 10)

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervising a group of engineers experience in Security Industry.
