To succeed in this Technical Programme Manager role, you will require at least four years of experience in project and program management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or possess equivalent work experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilising AWS services, including CDN, WAF, API gateway, ECS, Lambda, and RDS
• Four years' project and programme management experience, including tracking and planning projects
• Four years' experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Exhibit expertise in SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC/Waterfall
• Display strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills to lead diverse business and technology teams
• Showcase creative and analytical problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Be self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable to changing demands
• Experience in planning, designing, developing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions on the AWS platform is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with Mandarin/Chinese is required, as this role will be dealing with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Local Support Engineer to join our team. End-User Support:
