Responsibilities

· Co-ordinate and liaise between the Board and the Project Contractor. Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions to understand business processes and user requirements.
• Provide consultative advice and support on SAP-related functions and activities.
• Collaborate with vendors for SAP Application Management Services.
• Evaluate and implement third-party add-ons to enhance SAP capabilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies for SAP modules based on business needs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for customized SAP solutions.
• Track project timelines, requirements, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide L1/L2 SAP support and follow up on escalated issues (L3).
• Support various SAP projects, enhancements, rollouts, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare management reports on project status and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP, particularly in FICO, SD, MM, and related modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP, with a focus on Material Management, Logistics, or Sales and Distribution in technical and/or functional roles.
• Experience with SAP OpenText is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing projects through their full lifecycle.
