• Participate in all aspects of project implementation from initiation to roll out of the new system (design, build, testing, end user training, go live support, documentation)

• Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of the projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 2 years experience in SAP FI/CO modules with good functional knowledge in AR, AP, GL, Bank Accounting, FA and Project Accounting.

• Technical knowledge required on SAP-ABAP programming, smart forms, BAPI, BDC and user exits.

• Able to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications and support testing activities for user sign-offs.

• Preferably with minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation experience of SAP as Analyst/ Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 Support for Treasury and Market’s eFX Application
• Responsible for stability of production environments ensuring application and all interfaces have maximum availability.
• Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams/business users in investigating, testing and implementing Application fix
• Responsible for handling Change Management, raising Change Request and scheduling for the implementation of fixes and enhancements.
• Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams like Infrastructure, Level 1, Application vendor to resolve complex issues and outages
• Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on request status and progress
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Regular Reporting to identify areas for review for improvement

Skills/Requirement

Must have Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree

• Write Unix scripts and suggest automation to improve efficiency/effectiveness of support team
• Work with ECNs and Liquidity Providers.
• Work on Oracle, MariaDB, KAFKA, OpenShift, MQ, CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Work with Network and Firewall team.
• Work on FIX Protocol related set ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of IT computing devices and troubleshooting via emails, phone calls, and walk-ins
• Perform first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Perform L2 and L3 escalations if necessary and required
• Ensure and follow help desk procedures for all call and ticketing tracking from start to end (initial support to resolution)
• Take ownership of all problems reported to the help desk. For outstanding issues pending user response, report and alert the IT Manager / POC for internal escalation procedure
• Interface with other maintenance vendors (vendor management) for problem reporting and resolution
• Perform IT project rollout as planned by the Customer, including new PC purchase. receiving, move and change (IMAC Services)
• To be responsible for accurate record keeping, tracking and processing of all documents related to IT
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
