We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee various digital initiatives within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to point-of-sale (POS) systems, food and beverage establishments, car park systems, and hotel management systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital projects, with a focus on technology implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Alicloud or experience working on projects hosted in Alicloud.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and managing web projects within this environment.
- Understanding of API frameworks such as NodeJS and Spring Boot.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
