Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Designing, development, testing, deployment and maintain integration Workday HCM software using tools like Workday Studio and EIBs.
· Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
· Design and develop code based on requirements, execute unit tests, create Technical Documentation
· Follow release management policies to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system stability.
· Identify test scenarios, prepare test cases, and execute test plans to ensure quality deliverables.
· Collaborate with other developers and provide significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve business client questions, problems, and to address enhancement needs
· Use technical knowledge, creativity, and company practices and priorities to offer solutions to complex problems
· Configure and manage inbound/outbound integrations for data accuracy and security.
· Troubleshoot and resolve software integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
· Testing and debugging the integrated system to ensure it functions smoothly.
· Mentor junior team members on Workday HCM software integration best practices.
· Support Integration analysts and architects during preparation of Solution design documents
· Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on software integration and reporting.
Required Skills
· 3+ years of overall experience in designing and development.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
· Good years of Workday HCM integration experience.
· Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration protocols like SOAP and REST.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

Salary Range: SGD 7000 – 10000 monthly
