We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to EUC users and ensuring the smooth operation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This is a field support role.

Responsibilities:

1. Helpdesk Support: Respond to IT support requests from end users, either in person, via phone, or through the ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
2. Hardware and Software Setup: Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
3. User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications. Ensure user onboarding and offboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
4. Network Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with the Network team to maintain a stable and secure network environment. To provide smart hand support for basic network devices installation and deployment.
5. IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment. Keep hardware and software up to date with the latest patches and updates.

Job Summary

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of CNC technicians. Your expertise will ensure that technicians are proficient in operating and maintaining CNC machines. You will work closely with new hires, apprentices, and existing technicians to provide comprehensive training and support. You will also look into the developments and enhancements of the skillsets of Senior Technicians and Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering Team to devise technical training programs based on operational requirements.
• Determine course content, prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.), and create training schedules.
• Execute training sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for groups or individuals.
• Provide in-depth training on CNC machine operation, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Educate technicians on safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and proper machine care.
• Teach quality control procedures, use of simple inspection instruments, ensuring precision and accuracy in CNC machining.
• Train technicians to diagnose and resolve common CNC machine issues.
• Mentor and guide apprentices through their training period.
• Design tests and certification materials to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and competency of the trainees at the end of each training course.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNC technician or machinist is essential. Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with instructional design, training methodologies is preferred
• Completion of relevant certifications or formal training in CNC machining is preferred.
• Ability to speak Thai or Vietnamese is an advantage.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Executive Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, logistics arrangement, and expense reporting.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the senior management, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in digital signing processes for documents as required by the senior management.
• Manage corporate credit card expenses and personal claims for the senior management, maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.

• Process all invoices from suppliers and third-party agencies for admin-related things.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and gatherings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
• Arrange meeting logistics, any reservations, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.
• Tracking of IT equipment i.e asset management system and sourcing for any office requirements
• Ensure that everyone adheres to the housekeeping rules to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with office standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiations for office services and supplies.
• Raise Purchase Requisition for office-related items and acknowledge goods upon arrival.
• Facilitate communication within the office and between departments, ensuring that information flows effectively.
• Serve as a liaison and coordinate meetings between all staff, relaying messages, instructions, and priorities as needed.
• Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualification & Experience: -

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
