Informatica Admin Support
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: To be confirmed
Salary Range : $7,000-$9,000
Job Description
1. Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery of the project
2. Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently
3. Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets
4. Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are
delivered on time and with good quality
5. Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor
and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues
6. Manage and guide junior resources.
7. Maintain Runbooks /Standard operating guides and manuals
Skillset:
1. Informatica Power Center and Designer Tools
2. Server Admin Support
3. Unix/Linux Informatica Upgrade Support
