Responsibilities:-

1. Receive daily orders from sales co-ordinators and sorted according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
2. Input daily orders into a summary spreadsheet & plan orders into each of the 4 Delivery Teams’ Routings.
3. For the Home Delivery Orders, if the No. Delivery points are more than 10 for medium to huge items, the excess points shall to distributed to the other 3 Delivery Teams.
4. Record all the hard copies Orders received & at the end of the day compared it with the List of Orders processed by Sales Co-ordinator to check if there is any mis-printed DOs.
5. Sent out the Delivery Teams Routings Orders to Sales, Marketing & Management Teams by 10am daily or by end of the day if it is Friday.
6. Main co-ordinator between Warehouse & Sales Co-ordinator from the print & issue of Draft DO to Warehouse for Picking & Scanning of Serial Number into the System to Generation of DO from the system.
7. Assist to check & update punch card for Warehouse & Delivery staffs. Forward to HR on or before 16th of the month to process OT calculation.
8. Consolidate & check that all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries, together with the Cash & Cheques (if any) were collected back by the Drivers.
9. Scanned the signed DO (with QR Code) into the Canon designed icon in the shared folder. --- new task.

Requirements:-

• At least 1 year of relevant Customer Service / Schedules Planning / Order Fulfillment / Delivery arrangement experience is preferred
• SAP experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Can perform OT as & when required

Science & Laboratory Operations

• Maintain resources and apparatus in 2 Science laboratories.
• Liaise with teachers on the coverage of syllabus for the preparation of the laboratories
• Prepare the resources and apparatus related to Science experiments for the 2 laboratories and the 4 mobile lab carts
• Monitor the usage of the laboratories and report the usage to the HOD/LH
• Maintain a loaning system for desk-copies and teaching resources for 4 levels of Science classes.
• Assist in the setting up, clearing and cleaning of demonstration apparatus.
• Replacement of broken equipment from stock and be responsible for all equipment used in the teaching of science
• Keep a stock book and breakage record and to indicate necessary replacements
• Check and replenish the first aid kits in the 2 laboratories Prepare an inventory of stocks annually
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the HOD (Science)
• Assist teachers when conducting practical lessons and tests in ensuring sufficient equipment for the pupils during the practical lessons and tests.
• Basic maintenance of Science garden

Office Administrative & Operations Support:

• Support school administrative and operations matters. Eg. Office Front Desk Operations, setting-up support for school events/activities, buying of stamps and posting letters, sorting and distributing bulletins/notifications to teachers or classes, etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Manager.

Contract Period:

From 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 with option to extend for another one year, i.e. from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays are off days.

Requirements:

• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
