Education Requirement

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), ITIL Foundation Certification, or basic networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.

• Assist the Technical Superintendent in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the company's fleet
• Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans for vessels
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring vessel performance and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the Technical Superintendent in managing budgets and tracking expenditures related to vessel maintenance and repairs
• Assist in conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Certificate of Competency in Engineering will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in a marine-related role is preferred
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
