Job Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Provide first and second level technical support to end-users of the projects’ applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Incident management: Monitor and manage the application support queue, ensuring that issues are logged, triaged, and resolved within the defined SLAs.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on application issues, identifying the underlying cause and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Release Management: Participate in the deployment of new application releases, ensuring that they are properly tested and deployed in accordance with the change management processes.
• Maintenance: Work with the vendors team to ensure that applications are properly maintained and updated to meet changing business requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to the applications, including standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, database, and security, to ensure that applications are properly integrated and secured.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the application support function, proposing and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and other IT staff on the use and maintenance of the applications.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Bukit Teresa Road.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:30pm
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

1. Typing / printing
2. Data entry work
3. Reception duties
4. Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members of the public
5. Data collation of surveys
6. Preparation of refreshements for school event
7. Sorting and delivery for items delivered to the school
8. Attend to students who are unwell / injured in the sick bay.
9. Assist school staff with binding and lamination works
10. Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries
11. Other ad-hoc duties

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• GCE ‘O’ Level
• Pleasant personality
• Ability to use Office Programmes such as Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous personality
• Preferably first-aid trained

Scope of work:

• General administrative tasks such as typing, printing, checking and filing, issuing of items in school, etc

• Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries

• Data entry

• Assisting in events e.g. logistics matters

• Perform any other administrative duties assigned

Qualification, Skills,and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in administration.

• Past experience in School Admin and/or Customer Service

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and Government standards.

• Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.

• Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong background in technical architecture and system design.

• Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premise and cloud environments.

• Familiarity with LifeTime and experience managing applications and environments using the tool (bonus).

• Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.

Industry Knowledge:

• Certification in OutSystems is an advantage.
