Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently and effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact with client representatives, addressing all service and maintenance-related issues.
• Mentor and guide a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing service deliveries.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring expectations are met and optimal results are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Knowledge of IT, networking, and server management is an added advantage.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to collaborate with the Liquid Cooling Working Group (WG) and associated stakeholders to draft, refine, and finalize the Liquid Cooling Standard Specification (SS). The ideal candidate will work closely with the WG members, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft Development:
   • Prepare and amend the draft of the Liquid Cooling SS based on inputs and feedback from the WG members, and other stakeholders.
   • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency throughout the documentation.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Actively participate in scheduled meetings with the Liquid Cooling WG to discuss, review, and align on the development of the standard.
   • Incorporate feedback and resolve queries to refine the draft effectively.
3. Document Management:
   • Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to the draft as per agreed timelines.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards, guidelines, and best practices for technical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering or technology domains.
• Strong understanding of liquid cooling systems, or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience developing technical standards or specifications.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.
• Respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.
• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.
• Compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
