Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Technical Discipline Manager for Social Performance, you will work in partnership with a good mix of our 23 Disciplines, collaborating with many of our 800 + employees in APAC; this opportunity will see you:

• Support the Social Performance team across APAC.
• Provide specialist advice to clients on social impact assessment including SIA management plans. The SIAs should have full consideration of social and communities’ needs, priorities and perceptions, and meet all relevant Australian or international requirements.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Social Performance/Social Impact roles.
