As Yield Failure Analysis Technician in Micron NAND Technology Integration (NTI) Singapore department, you will be responsible for carrying daily physical analysis of memory devices to support the technology development needs in collaboration with fab/manufacturing team. You will perform sample preparation analysis which could include cross sections and overviews with chemical staining techniques, taking appropriate pictures for inline characterization and measurement to help process and module related troubleshooting. You will also support the analysis of wafers with functional failures by using various failure analysis tools and techniques to isolate the possible defects and identify the primary cause of the failure.

• Package failure analysis data into clear and concise reports.

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of our IT environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other teams to implement technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Working time : Mon- Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm Sat 9:00am - 1:00pm
