• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Saturday 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret doctors’ prescriptions.
• Download digital scans and upload files for fabrication.
• Operate CAD/CAM equipment such as milling machines.
• Create and perfect models from dental impressions.
• Build and repair dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, onlays, and veneers, using both traditional and digital methods.
• Personalize dental prostheses to fit and function correctly according to the prescription.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before delivery.
• Work closely with team members, dentists, and dental partners to achieve the best results for patients.
• Manage and order dental materials and equipment.
• Maintain equipment, arrange for servicing and repairs when needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, the Technician will provide maintenance and engineering support in the manufacturing plant.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performs scheduled calibrations and preventive maintenance on all types of industrial instruments and electrical devices and mechanical equipment.
• Executes work request from process plants for equipment, instruments and electrical breakdown.
• Operates and maintenance of utilities and facilities.
• Performs modifications, fabrication, fittings, and installation for minor projects.
• Performs equipment/system testing, commissioning and/or qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Performs basic trouble shooting of the PLC, BMS, EMS and FAs system.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Min NITEC Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or instrumentation and control engineering
• Min 2 years' experience in maintenance field preferably from oil and gas or semiconductor industries
• PUB electrician license will be an advantage

This is a career conversion program under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria and are open to the following conditions:

• Singaporeans/Singapore PRs only
• PMETs/Mid-Careerist with more than 2 years working experience
• Open to two years contract
• 12 hours rotating shift (day/night) including Sat/Sun. Shift allowance will be provided

Job Description:

• Respond to Tier I support requests via phone and email.
• Enter call data into the tracking system.
• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated problems using checklists and guides.
• Seek technical assistance or escalate problems when necessary.

• Willing to work overtime if requested, typically for VC standby on late nights.

Job Requirement:

• In-depth understanding of information systems technology, including common computer applications, operating systems, hardware, networks, and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Lenovo/Dell products (laptops/desktops).
• Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Office, Lens, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, OneNote, Groups, OneDrive, etc.
• Deep knowledge of O365, Cisco products, VC, Jabber, Webex.
• Experience with Treasury applications and supporting trading floors (e.g., Bloomberg, Summit, Thomson Reuters, Putty).
• Expertise with mobile applications, DEP, Intune, MDM, Mobile Iron, Google Chrome Tablet, Android, etc.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) and mandatory discipline in creating ticket remedies for IT support attended.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good teamwork abilities and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, especially for large project implementations involving server room/network tasks.
• Strong hands-on experience in resolving common problems in computer hardware, email systems, remote access, and network communications.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience of three years.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant technical field.

· Ensure timely generation and issuance of NDT report on daily basis.

· The inspector/team lead / engineer will perform inspections applying various NDT techniques in accordance with applicable specific code, procedure, and or written criteria.

The Mechanical Technician performs mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities.

In order to complete Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities in accordance with the project completion plan and schedule, he should:

• Understand his roles and responsibilities and to be compliant with.
• Understand the project completion execution plan from the Discipline Lead Technician.
• Understand Notification of Energization (NOE) Flow Chart.
• Understand System Drawings and Walk Down procedure;
• Complete a Daily Report to ensure clear visibility to the Discipline Lead Technician.
• Attend the Daily Discipline Tool Box Talk to understand the daily activities;
• Perform the Mechanical Completion Activities (‘A’ Scope ITRs) in close cooperation with the construction team in compliance with the project drawings and specifications.
• Perform the Pre-commissioning Activities (‘B’ Scope ITRs) in compliance with the vendor
  documentations and specifications.
• Support the Operation Test Procedure (OTP) under the supervision of the discipline Lead
  Technician.
• Utilize specific tools and test equipment for the system commissioning in safety and with
  quality.
• Assist field service vendor to conduct the system commissioning
• Comply with the HSSE requirements of the site. Ensure the safety and security of project personnel.
• Assess job related hazards during the development of safe working procedures and pursue
  opportunities to eliminate exposure.
• Attend the specified HSSE training and ensure direct reports are trained.
• Know how HSSE risks are managed and ensure that the HSSE controls for the activities/tasks are communicated. Supervise the safe execution of work and the implementation of controls.
• Communicate and practice in emergency response.
• Engage with team members and contractor staff on HSSE in meetings, pre-job briefings, during toolbox talks and attend key HSSE events. Communicate a consistent safety message, resolve unsafe situations, engage and intervene on unsafe behaviour and reward good safety behaviour.
• Liaise with HSSE department for support.

Requirement:

• Technical College diploma in Mechanical discipline or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years’ construction or commissioning experiences in Oil & Gas Industry;
  especially for Offshore products and systems.
• Preferably gained within FPSO experience will be a strong selection criteria.
• Completions Tools (ECOM) including documentations
• PTW and JSA

~ Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency
