• Create project budget, schedule project activities
• Manage from point of contact with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift Installation
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.
• Ensures project running smoothly and completed on time.
• Order equipment according to required specification.
• Liaise with building contractors, sub-contractors and project team members.
• Takes charge of day to day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
• Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers

Maintenance

• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot back-end systems of Traffic Management Systems.
• Provide day-to-day onsite and remote support on workstations and network equipment such as routers, firewall, switches, servers and storage.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide support in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Superior.
• Provide 24/7 on-call and Scheduled stand-by duty for maintenance and other operational support.
• Train and guide team members on the maintenance process, procedures, and systems.
• Sourcing for reasonable and reliable procurement of equipment.
• Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
• Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
• Proactive in problem solving and following up and close all incidents, issues and requests timely.
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve
• Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
• Other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Project

• Attend project related activities that include deployment in setting up of Back-End system, installation and testing that comply with client’s technical requirements.
• Lead and monitor technician for project installation site work.
• Provide support in conducting site survey.
• Responsible for the documentation of technical design details and in proper filing in accordance to ISO requirements.
• Participate in technical discussion and provide technical assistance in preparation for all support to tender requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Engineering or Electricial & Electronics Engineering.

Work Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to commit Scheduled Shift work
• Fast Learner and can work under pressure.
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users.
