Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for M&E related work including review of detailed designs based on technical feasibility, alignment with project requirements
2. Perform engineering works to support the project
3. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
4. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors
5. Manage project planning including development of project schedules, monitoring achievement of project milestones
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
3. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment benchmarking, technical strategies, and technical roadmaps at Solar Cell manufacturing tools
• Provide technical expertise and recommend technical solutions to the development and design of equipment to maximize overall equipment effectiveness
• Harmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all sites worldwide
• Strong coordination and communication network with both local and overseas manufacturing sites
• Partner with suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, commissioning, qualification, and installation, according to the planned schedule to add capacity on time
• Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement, and driving defect reduction

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering/ Automation Engineering and/or equivalent
• More than 4 years experience in Equipment Engineering
• A team player who can multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good experience in problem-solving techniques, methodologies, and project management are a plus
• Able to work in a clean room environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves(PPEs). Spend significant amount of time on the factory floor working on the tools
• Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word) & AutoCAD applications
• Oversea traveling may required
