Job Description

• Planning / assign manpower for the mainentance work and from project handover
• Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
• Optimise BMS/Harmonas/PLC/SCADA control system to reduce overall building energy consumption
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report

Requirement

Job Description & Requirements

Inspection engineer with API 570 /API 510/ API 653 Certificate for the plant in service and shutdown inspection in Singapore. Must have a valid API 570 or API 510 or API 653 Certificate

1. Must have more than 3 years of work experience.

2. Must have previous work experience in plant shutdown inspections. Must have good knowledge of MT,PT,UT,RT Methods.

3. Must have an inspection experience in Exchanger, pressure vessels, Tanks, and Piping. Perform shutdown inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, and final inspection.

4. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team

Submit daily and weekly reports to the client on the inspection findings.

Job Responsibilities

• Review customer technical drawing and generate cost calculation for sales/marketing department and propose cost reduction for competitive price
• Verify conformance to engineering data and customer drawing specifications through direct liaison with customer
• Maximize production & process efficiency by detailed study of the engineering data specifications while ensuring product quality
• Advice & recommend changes to engineering data and drawings to its specifications when deem necessary to meet production capability
• Receive information from marketing, evaluate the shipment date and budget in order to fufil the customer prerequisite
• Prepare manufacturing process flow, work instruction, detail drawing according to customer requirement and in-house design
• Calculate all materials usage before log in in Glovia system
• Cooperate with designer to ensure all programs and tools are readiness for production loading
• Plan the quantity and schedule the cycle time for prototype sample build
• Work closely with the production team to assist them to respond and solve immediately for any design, planning or tooling error to avoid delay shipment
• Assist design to conduct the new part transfer with process engineers and supervisors to ensure the prototype sample are successful transfer to mass production
• Execute ECN and MCN activities, liaise with affected department to ensure the change is implement and not impact the production schedule
• Update all related documents according to ECN change
• Plan, design and evaluate sequence of operations for fabrication blies from the engineering drawing and specification to final assembly.
• Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, inspection requirements, etc.,
• Planning and scheduling quantity and detail cycle time for each order
• Collect prototype yield reports and production feedback to ensure all documents are updated based on
• Customer requirement and within in-house capability
• Researched engineering drawing and component to determine the type of tooling requirement
• Seek of various vendor to purchase assembly tools, such as packing tray, pallet, solder paste stencil, folding jig, and to ensure with minimize price
• Prepare purchase order for all assembly tools
• Follow up closely with vendor to ensure the goods can be delivery on time
• Assist provide prototype shipment monthly shipment report

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Precision/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge in manufacturing process and product costing
• Proficient in PC skill such as SAP is an advantage

Job Requirements :
