Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE educated in hardware/software engineering
• 1+ year of technical support experience
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift (including overnight shifts)
• Able to troubleshoot and maintain Windows PCs, M365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VDI, VPN etc.
• Basic knowledge on Networking - Routing and Switching
• Knowledge and experience in handling peripherals like printers, scanners, POS systems etc.
