To source reliable factory/supplier/product/machinery/equipment in China, PRC in related to marine/industrial turbocharger

Provide consultation to the commercial, technical and management team about customer feedback and values about/in related to turbocharger

Able advise management, to source and integrating new machinery/equipment/product, to shorten service manhours and to improve efficiency for sales and service work.

Assist in technical infrastructure and system software setup for development and improve workshop/operation management and working efficiency by using IT technology/machinery/equipment to improve work progress in related to technical, operation, sales offer, sourcing, procurement of product, stock inventory and accounting

Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to work individual in assigned country with remote support. Strong presentation, negotiation skill and project management abilities

Requirements : Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree or equivalent.

Job Description & Requirements

• Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation for both internal purpose and client;
• Construction planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors;
• Coordination and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interface that exist on the project;
• Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner;
• Coordinates and liaises with project team to update the Detailed Works Programme;
• Maintains company, Consultants and Vendors drawing progress with Document Controller;
• Prepares programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims, change requests and provisions with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department;
• Submission of an optimum tender programme which can meet the client’s requirements/ provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline/Master Programme;
• Involvement in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning;
• Inputs the activity information into a project scheduling software and use an iterative process of time analysis to obtain an optimum time schedule;
• Liaise with other staff & suppliers visits the site to optimise the planning effort;
• Manage design progress, reporting, authorities matrix and similar management tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry
• Experience in construction planning related to industrial building facility
• Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients
• Proficient in MS Office in particular Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project
• Knowledge of Primavera

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of LTA experience required

• Preferably with project site co-ordination experience

• Act as a client representative mechanical design engineer for JTC and various ministries for the development of building and infrastructure projects
• Formulating the project briefs for consultant tender
• Managing the consultants and reviewing their design drawings, technical calculations and specification, in the interest of the clients, from design until the project completion.
• Develop innovative solutions to integrate building and facility layout to optimize land resource.

Requirements

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in consultancy & design or construction companies. Being a Professional Engineer will be an added advantage

To supervise, execute and monitor the activities of manufacture floor to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utility and facility so as to achieve target production levels within the framework.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, review, and update all process control documents, procedures and operation condition sheet.

· Identifying, analyzing, trouble shooting and improving process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, capacity, quality, process material uses and utilities consumption.

· Perform trial production and test run of new grade, new process and equipment.

· Optimize plant operating efficiency, yield optimization and energy conservation with feasibility study, make the necessary field test to verify the result.

· Provide technical support and documentation for manufacturing process, including corrective measure for customer complaint in technical viewpoint

· Ensure availability of equipment, tools, production consumables, transfer of input materials for daily production preparation and follow up on ensuring housekeeping of production floor.
