Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational coordination and documentation, leveraging your freight forwarding background.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, interpret findings, and validate results according to business needs.
• Conduct process mapping and draft work instructions, SOPs, and SOWs.
• Handle freight operations for all shipment modes (air, sea FCL and LCL, rail, road, and multimodal) for both import and export.
• Manage freight operations including booking, creating pre-alerts, preparing shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Delivery Order), handling letters of credit, permit declarations, and monitoring shipments.
• Lead and manage exception handling (e.g., Dangerous Goods, out-of-gauge shipments).
• Monitor and update customers on shipment statuses closely.
• Ensure invoice accuracy for customers and from vendors.
• Prepare and maintain proper records timely for reporting and filing purposes.
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments (Business Development, Finance, Contract Logistics, etc.) on work-related matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders (Ports of Loading, Ports of Discharge, Offices, Agents, Transporters, Carriers, Co-loaders, Customers).
• Support other ad-hoc tasks, new requests, and new customers as required.
• Develop business solutions from data findings, root causes, or gaps with a proper cost-benefit analysis for recommendation and decision-making facilitation.
• Support fresh setups as needed.

Our Wyse Active Operations Crew is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Wyse Active Hub while providing excellent customer service to members and visitors. This role includes managing bookings, assisting guests, overseeing facility cleanliness, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and providing operational support during events and peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Service: Greet visitors and members, assist with inquiries, manage bookings, and provide information about available services, schedules, and equipment.

· Operations Support: Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for sports events, ensuring all facilities are prepared and ready for use.

· Facility Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas, including sports courts, locker rooms, and seating areas.

· Safety Compliance: Monitor the sports hall for any safety hazards, report issues to management, and ensure all users adhere to the facility's safety regulations.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
