Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function

• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Enrol students to courses in student portal and student management system (SMS)

2. Customer support to students queries and issues.

3. Maintain academic matters.

Salary: $2400/Month

Contract Duration: 6 Months

42 hours/week, Monday to Friday

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Requirements:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel – familiar with using VLOOKUP).

· Relevant experience in office administration, school environment will have added advantage.

· Preferably with experience in using systems.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with system users.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Attention to Detail: Adept at managing details, organizing records, and keeping accurate records.

Must be available to work full-time for a period of six months.
