• A recognised degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in design and project management of HDB public housing projects of various project sizes and typology.
• Strong technical proficiency in engineering analysis and design programmed. Knowledge in BIM will be an advantage.
• Conversant with local authorities’ requirements and submission procedures.
• A good track record of being a project / technical lead for significant / key projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management skills.
